General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 35bdd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 35bdd website at https://35bdd.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

35bdd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 35bdd platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, 35bdd will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an on-screen notification at next login.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document is the authoritative version. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 35bdd relating to your use of the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

35bdd operates as a strictly adults-only platform. To register an account and use the 35bdd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on 35bdd under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling or entering into contracts.
• Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform, including 35bdd itself. If you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order and attempt to register or log in, you must contact support immediately.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single account: You may only hold one active account on 35bdd at any given time. Opening a second account is prohibited regardless of the reason.

35bdd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria above. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 35bdd — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

• Password security: Choose a strong, unique password for your 35bdd account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services. 35bdd will never contact you to ask for your password.
• Unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 35bdd support immediately at [email protected]. 35bdd will suspend the account pending investigation.
• Account transfer: Your 35bdd account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Accounts created on behalf of another person are prohibited.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. 35bdd reserves the right to apply an administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after issuing a prior notification email.

35bdd reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to applicants from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted, applicants who have previously had an account closed for Terms violations, and applicants who cannot provide adequate identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

35bdd supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as straightforward as possible. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Supported payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 35bdd does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 35bdd is not responsible.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though 35bdd may apply limits as part of responsible gaming measures or enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: 35bdd aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 35bdd may request copies of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or high-value requests.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent value. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in BDT. 35bdd does not support foreign currency transactions or multi-currency accounts.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

35bdd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal festival promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus amount plus the deposit amount, as specified per offer — a defined number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed on the promotion's specific terms page.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date and/or wagering deadline, stated at the time of issue. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be forfeited along with any winnings derived from those bonus funds.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. If you hold an active bonus and claim a new promotion, the existing bonus terms will apply until the first bonus is either completed or expired.
• Abuse and exploitation: 35bdd monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play. Where abuse is identified, 35bdd reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value outside of their wagering use on the 35bdd platform. Bonus funds cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only funds that have been successfully converted to real balance through completed wagering can be withdrawn.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 35bdd, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any bonus funds:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds. Any deposit identified as having originated from a fraudulent source will be reversed and the account will be closed.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate 35bdd transaction. Players who initiate illegitimate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation and may be subject to debt recovery proceedings.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, or payment method. All accounts identified as belonging to the same individual will be consolidated and any duplicate account balances will be forfeited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live poker, live blackjack, or sports betting syndicates. Accounts identified as participating in collusion will be closed.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to interact with the 35bdd platform in place of a human player. All gaming activity must be conducted personally by the registered account holder.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, pricing errors, or obvious mistakes in odds or game outcomes. 35bdd reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that were placed in the knowledge that a technical error had occurred.
• Offensive conduct: Using the platform's live chat or communication features to direct abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive language at support staff or other players.

35bdd uses sophisticated monitoring systems to detect unusual activity on the platform. All player activity is logged and may be reviewed by our compliance and security teams at any time. Players found to be in violation of this section will have their accounts closed and any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending a full investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

35bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful use of the platform.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring the account to be closed or frozen.
• A request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria, including being under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 35bdd reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of confirmed fraud, to withhold the real-money balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player, or where 35bdd closes the account without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — whether for responsible gaming reasons or any other reason — should contact 35bdd support at [email protected]. The support team can process account closures immediately on request and will also provide information about the self-exclusion programme if relevant.

Limitation of Liability

35bdd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bdd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or any other economic loss — even where 35bdd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

• Game errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet, 35bdd will investigate the incident and, where appropriate, void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• Internet connectivity: 35bdd is not responsible for any loss of game progress, bets, or winnings caused by the player's internet connection being interrupted during a game session. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.
• Third-party services: 35bdd integrates with third-party game providers and payment processors. 35bdd is not responsible for the actions, errors, or delays of these third-party services, though it will use reasonable efforts to resolve issues on your behalf.
• Force majeure: 35bdd shall not be in breach of these Terms, and shall not be liable to you, for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, or pandemic-related disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
